Papillote of Cod with Kombu
Put kombu and shiitakes to rehydrate in water for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, put your fish on a sheet of foil or parchment. Add kombu and shitake on the fish. Divide the soy sauce, sesame oil and chopped chives.
Close the foil. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.
When serving, sauté with lemon juice or ponzu or sansho pepper.
